How can I place an order?

Refund Policy 
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

Please carefully double-check your size before placing an order to ensure the correct fit by referring to the size chart provided on each product page. If you have any questions about fit or sizing, feel free to contact us prior to purchasing.

How can I find out more information about a product?
You can learn all about our products on their individual product pages. If you have any other questions or thoughts, email us!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

What should I do if I received the wrong product?
If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us.

Purchase for Personal Use Only 
You may purchase products only for personal use and not for resale. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason without explanation. 

Local Pickup Policy
If you choose Local Pickup at checkout, please note that orders must be picked up in New York City at the following address:

35 W. 43rd St, 4th Floor, New York, NY 10036

Be sure to select this option only if you are able to pick up your order in person. If you selected Local Pickup by mistake and need your order shipped, please contact us immediately to arrange payment for shipping.

For pickups, your order will be ready and waiting. Just present your order number or receipt upon arrival.

Stolen Package Policy
We are not responsible for stolen packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier. Once an order is confirmed as delivered to the address provided, it is the responsibility of the customer.

If your package is missing but marked as delivered, we recommend checking with neighbors, your building manager, or local post office. We’ll help how we can, but once it’s marked delivered, it’s out of our hands.

Shipping & Tracking
All orders include a tracking number, which will be provided via email once your purchase has been processed and shipped. Please use this number to track the status and delivery of your package.

How can I edit my shipping address?
If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email us as soon as possible.

Responsibility 
NoGiStateofMind.com sells products to adults who can purchase with a credit card. If you are under 18, you may use NoGiStateofMind.com only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. We reserve the right to refuse service, remove or edit content or cancel orders at anytime. If we have reason to suspect a risk of fraud associated with your order, we will contact you - please respond promptly - if you don’t, we’ll cancel the order.
